Home/Social media management
Social media that keeps running when you get busy.
Strategy, content, publishing and reporting, handled. Not a template calendar and a folder of stock photos, and not another login for you to remember.
The honest problem
Your social account is not failing. It is starving.
Almost every local wellness business I look at has the same pattern in their feed: a strong month, then a gap, then a burst of three posts in one day, then silence through the busy season. That is not a content problem or an algorithm problem. It is a capacity problem. You are the marketing department and you also have a business to run.
Handing it to the cheapest available option usually makes it worse, because what you get back is generic. Stock photos of dumbbells. Quotes on gradient backgrounds. Captions that could belong to any business in the country. Consistent, yes, but consistently forgettable, and your audience can tell.
What actually works is someone who knows your business well enough to make judgment calls without asking, and who shows up every week whether or not you had a good month.
What is included
Done for you, not handed back to you.
Strategy
What we are saying, to whom, and why it should make them walk in. Content pillars, voice and a plan that ladders up to actual business goals rather than follower counts.
Production and publishing
Content created, captions written, scheduled and posted on a set rhythm. Photography and video direction where you need it. Nothing sits waiting on your approval.
Community and reporting
Comments and messages handled so people are not left waiting, and a monthly report tying what ran to what it produced.
A single location gym with a loyal handful of members, a Google listing full of wrong information, and a social account that posted when someone remembered. We fixed the foundation, then built on it. The first measurable lift came inside three months.
In detail
What a month actually looks like.
- Content calendar planned ahead against your season, promotions and capacity
- Posts and stories produced and published on an agreed cadence
- Captions written in your voice, developed with you at the start, not guessed at
- Photo and video direction, including simple capture routines your team can run
- Client and member stories gathered and turned into the content that actually converts
- Google Business Profile posts, the social surface almost everyone forgets
- Comment and message response within a defined window
- Paid amplification of the posts worth putting money behind
- Monthly report and call covering what ran, what worked and what changes next
Worth saying plainly
Social media alone will not save a business that cannot be found.
If your Google listing has the wrong hours and eleven reviews, posting five times a week will not fix your revenue. Social makes you memorable to people who already found you. Search is how they find you in the first place.
For most clients the right answer is both, which is why I usually run them together. If you only have room for one right now, I will tell you which one on the call, even when the answer is the cheaper one.
Questions
Before you get in touch.
What does social media management cost?
It is scoped on the fit call once I know how many channels, how much production is involved and whether you have usable photography. I will say plainly that I am not the budget option. If you are looking for the cheapest posting service, there are plenty and I am not one of them.
Do I have to approve every post?
We agree the strategy, the voice and the boundaries up front, and then I run it. If you want to approve every caption, you do not need me, you need an assistant. Hire me for judgment.
What if I do not have photos or video?
Most clients do not at the start. Part of the early work is building a library, which can mean directing a shoot, setting up a simple capture routine in your space, or making the most of what already exists.
Which platforms do you handle?
Whichever ones your customers actually use, which for most local wellness businesses means Instagram and Facebook, sometimes TikTok, and almost always Google Business Profile posts, which people forget is a social surface.
