Home/Spa & med spa marketing

Marketing for spas where the experience is already the easy part.

Your clients leave happy. The gap is everything that happens before they walk in and after they walk out. That is the part I run.

Who this is for

Independent spas and med spas competing against chains with real marketing budgets.

You are better than the chain down the road. Your clients say so. The trouble is that a stranger deciding where to spend $200 on a facial cannot tell the difference from a search results page, and the chain has spent years making sure their page looks convincing.

This is winnable. Local search rewards businesses that keep their information accurate, collect reviews consistently and publish real photographs of real work. Almost no independent spa does all three, which means the bar is lower than it feels.

This page is for day spas, med spas, wellness studios, massage practices and aesthetics clinics that are established, care about the quality of their work, and are done being invisible.

Why spas are different

High ticket, high trust, and almost entirely decided before anyone contacts you.

The decision happens on your listing

People compare photos, reviews and prices in a few minutes on their phone and then book. If your Google profile is thin, you lost before you knew there was a contest.

Trust does the selling

Nobody books an injectable or a chemical peel from a business that looks uncertain. Reviews, credentials, faces and consistent presentation are not decoration, they are the product being sold.

The money is in the second visit

Acquisition is expensive and rebooking is cheap, yet most spas pour everything into finding new faces and nothing into keeping the ones they have.

15 members to more than 150, and still my client three years later.

A single location gym with a loyal handful of members, a Google listing full of wrong information, and a social account that posted when someone remembered. We fixed the foundation, then built on it. The first measurable lift came inside three months.

What I do

Everything between a stranger searching and a client rebooking.

  • Google Business Profile built out properly: services, pricing signals, real photos, posts and accurate hours
  • Review generation made part of the appointment, not an afterthought, plus response management
  • Local SEO and listings so your information is identical everywhere it appears
  • Social media strategy and production that shows the work, the space and the people
  • Photography direction so what you publish looks as good as what you deliver
  • Email marketing for rebooking, memberships, seasonal packages and gifting
  • Paid social and search for new client offers, written to stay inside platform rules
  • Landing pages for individual treatments rather than dumping traffic on a homepage
  • Monthly reporting tied to bookings, not impressions

Report, refine, repeat

A monthly call and a plain language report measured against bookings and rebookings.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

What matters most for a spa, ads or reviews?

Reviews, and it is not close. A spa is a trust purchase, often involving someone's face or body, and people read reviews carefully before booking. Paid ads sent to a listing with eleven reviews waste money. I fix the trust layer first, then buy traffic against it.

Do you handle med spa advertising rules?

Yes. Paid platforms restrict what can be claimed and shown for medical and aesthetic treatments, and before and after imagery in particular is governed by both platform policy and your own regulatory obligations. I write and design campaigns to stay inside those lines and I will tell you when something you want to run is not worth the risk.

Can you help with rebooking, not just new clients?

That is usually where the fastest revenue sits. Email and thoughtful follow up to people who already liked your service cost far less than acquiring a stranger, and most spas have this switched off entirely.

Do you work with spas outside your city?

Yes. I work remotely with clients across the United States.

Tell me about your spa.

Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. I take on a limited number of clients at a time.
